115 Stock Code HNX not traded quarterly margin 4/2019

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced a list of shares that are not eligible for margin trading in the quarter 4/2019. Effective since 08/10/2019.

Many of the stocks have good liquidity also named on this list, 3 stock codes PVX, HUT (HN: HUT), IDJ has an average transaction volume (KLGD) over 400.000 CP/session in the recent 5 sessions (02/10-08/10/2019).

In it, PVX is not eligible for margin trading for 3 reasons (1) securities that are subject to control; (2) The release organization has a review of the 2019 semiannual, refusing to give an opinion; (3) The listed organization is slow to announce the semi-annual review information in 2019 over 05 working days.

HUT for the reasons of LNST in BCTC the 2019 review is negative number and IDJ with 2 reasons (1) securities that are subject to warning; 2 The release organization has a financial audit of 2018 which comments are not a fully accepted opinion of the audit organization.
